UK Power Networks in London (Elephant and Castle) seeks a permanent HR Advisor (Employee Relations) to provide professional guidance to line managers on sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance, and redundancy. You will collaborate with HR partners, trade unions, payroll, and legal teams, supporting governance and audits while updating SAP HR data.

The role offers a salary dependent on experience with a 7.5% bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on delivering

Formación

• Chartered CIPD member or currently undertaking CIPD studies.
• Experience managing a range of complex HR cases (disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance, discrimination, bullying & harassment, redeployment, redundancy).
• Knowledge of employment law and HR policy and best practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to influence at all levels and build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advice, guidance, documentation and structured case management support to managers.
• Ensure all case work is recorded in HR systems for weekly management reporting.
• Manage case work following HR policy, progressing cases to a conclusion.
• Advise managers on employment law, terms and conditions, HR policy and procedures.
• Undertake project work and provide regular updates on progress.
