Job summary

Bio Products Laboratory is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract to join our UK HR team. Responsibilities include handling cases, investigations and hearings, and providing practical ER guidance to managers.

You will work closely with the HR team, ensuring employment law compliance and policy alignment. The role offers some flexibility for part-time hours while primarily requiring full-time presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling employee relations cases independently.
• Experience supporting managers through disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and performance processes.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent investigation and case management skills.
• Strong judgement and the ability to balance commercial and people considerations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience within a regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment would be desirable.

We're looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our UK HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with the wider HR team, you'll help ensure employee relations matters are handled fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation, company policies and best practice. This is a hands-on role where you'll provide practical employee relations advice and support.
