UK Power Networks in London is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join the HR Operations team. The role offers a permanent position with a salary dependent on experience and a 7.5% bonus, supporting managers across the business from its Elephant and Castle base.

You will advise on employment law, contribute to policy development, manage casework, and maintain HR records. Strong CIPD credentials and superb communication are required.

Formación

• Chartered CIPD member or currently studying towards CIPD.
• Experience managing complex HR cases and advising on policy.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• SAP reporting experience and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance and structured case management on HR policies and procedures.
• Advise on employment law, terms and conditions; manage casework to agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate HR system records for reporting; support governance and audit actions.
• Coach managers through processes and contribute to policy development and workshops.
• Support welfare coordination and occupational health inputs during system emergencies.
