Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited partner with a large national organisation to appoint an HR Advisor to join their People team. The role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home, focusing on employee relations and manager coaching.

You will manage ER caseloads, advise on employment law, support TUPE and change programmes, analyse trends and contribute to wellbeing and culture projects. CIPD qualification desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous HR/People Advisor experience with strong ER expertise.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience supporting TUPE and organisational change programmes.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• CIPD qualified (or working towards) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied ER caseload including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance issues.
• Coaching and supporting managers on employee relations and employment law matters.
• Supporting organisational change, restructures and TUPE projects.
• Analysing people trends and helping drive proactive HR initiatives.
• Contributing to wellbeing, engagement and culture-focused projects.
