Job summary

Core Highways Group is seeking a Senior HR Administrator to lead a small HR team and oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced highways environment.

You will report to the HR Business Partner, supervise three HR Administrators, and ensure accurate documentation, onboarding, and probation activities while maintaining compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.

Qualifications

• Significant HR administration experience in a busy environment.
• Experience supervising administrative staff.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience using HR and payroll systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Line manage and develop a team of three HR Administrators.
• Oversee employee administration from recruitment to offboarding.
• Ensure contracts, offers, and documentation are prepared accurately.
• Manage onboarding and probation processes.
• Maintain HR records and GDPR compliance.
• Produce HR reports and KPI data.
