Core Highways Group is seeking an HR Administrator to join the Heathfield office. You will support the HR team with onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes, handling queries, and maintaining HR data across systems. Strong MS Office knowledge and data-entry accuracy are essential.
Training on bespoke systems will be provided; experience in HR is beneficial but not essential. A collaborative, discreet professional approach is valued in this role.

We currently have an opportunity for an HR Administrator basis working from our Heathfield office.
You will be working as part of a proactive and organised HR team with your focus being on processing new starters, leavers, contract changes, handling calls, responding to employee and manager queries, data entry onto a range of systems and platforms, processing incoming mail, electronic filing, scanning documents and general day to day administration duties to support the HR team. This role requires accurate and efficient data entry and maintenance within our HR information system, therefore the ability to accurately manage data and systems is essential.
You will be an integral part of the smooth running of the HR team working alongside another HR Administrators.
Naturally organised, the ideal candidate will have solid experience in administration and strong knowledge of MS Office along with good attention to detail, initiative to resolve issues and strong communication skills. Training will be provided on our bespoke computer systems.
HR experience would be beneficial but is not essential. Being a team player is essential, along with the ability to be discreet, professional, and reliable.
