National Highways is recruiting a HR People Partner to partner across our business functions and embed the People Strategy. You will report to the Senior HR Business Partner and support the tactical delivery of HR activities aligned to Performance, Talent, Capability development and Employee Relations.
You will travel regularly as part of a client-facing role, providing expert HR guidance and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and line managers.
Are you interested in partnering across our business functions and building key relationships with a broad range of stakeholders? We are currently recruiting for a HR People Partner, you will be responsible for partnering within the business area to support and embed the People Strategy for National Highways, on an12-month fixed term contract basis.
You will report to the Senior HR Business Partner, to support the tactical delivery of key cyclical HR activities, which align to Employee Connectivity, Customer Connectivity, Performance Capability and Accountability. This includes but is not limited to Performance, Talent, Capability development and Employee Relations.
You will also support the Senior HR Business Partner on change management initiatives and have the ability to apply analytical thinking to a wide variety of management information, using insight to inform and influence decision-making.
This role is a client facing position, therefore regular travel will be required.

External candidates will be offered a starting salary at the lower end of the pay scale, while current employees will be appointed in accordance with our established pay policy.
