Job summary
WMjobs is recruiting on behalf of Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council for a Senior Neighbourhood Tenancy Officer. You will support a team of Neighbourhood & Tenancy Officers and Advisors to deliver statutory housing and leaseholder services under the Housing Act and related legislation, while ensuring professional and compliant practice.

Qualifications
- A minimum Level 3 qualification related to housing management or social housing practices.
- At least 3 years demonstrable experience in the role, or transferable skills in social housing.
- At least 1 year relevant and recent experience in a senior or managerial role.
Responsibilities
- Provide everyday practical support, guidance and mentoring to the team of Neighbourhood & Tenancy Officers and Advisors.
- Help deliver statutory housing services in accordance with Housing Acts and related legislation.
- Support officers, systems and processes in operating the Housing Service.
