Lorien is seeking a Senior Applications Support Officer for Housing Systems in Bristol, with the role primarily remote and occasional in-person attendance. You will support housing applications, focusing on NEC Housing Repairs and NEC Go-Mobile, and provide specialist guidance to the Housing Repairs team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the One Advanced DRS scheduling system and hands-on experience with NEC Housing Repairs.

Qualificações

• Experience with Housing Repairs applications and services.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution across application and system layers.
• Ability to liaise with operational users and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist application support across the Housing Repairs environment.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve application and system issues for the Repairs service.
• Provide expert support for the One Advanced DRS scheduling system.
• Support NEC Housing Repairs and related functionality.
• Analyse configuration; identify changes or solutions to resolve issues.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with business users to understand issues and craft resolutions.
• Assist with day-to-day operation of housing applications.
• Support system changes, upgrades and continuous service improvement.
• Escalate complex issues to technical teams or suppliers as needed.
• Maintain focus on service quality and minimizing disruption to housing services.
