Job summary

Barker Munro Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Senior Household Claims Handler to join their expanding team. The role is predominantly home-based with up to 4 days of remote work and a 40-hour week.

You will manage a varied caseload of Household claims from notification to settlement, leveraging your knowledge as a Household Claims handler or Loss Adjuster to deliver excellent service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous Household Claims handling or Loss Adjusting experience.
• Strong understanding of Household insurance claims.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of Household claims from first notification through to settlement.
• Handle incidents such as escape of water, fire, flood, storm, theft and accidental damage.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients throughout the process.

Barker Munro Recruitment is recruiting for a growing insurance organisation seeking an experienced Senior Household Claims Handler to join their expanding team.

This role would suit an experienced Household Claims Handler looking for the next step in their career, or a Loss Adjuster who would like to utilise their technical expertise in a predominantly home-based role with significantly less travel.

You'll manage a varied caseload of Household claims including escape of water, fire, flood, storm, theft and accidental damage claims, taking ownership from first notification through to settlement.

The role offers a 40 hour working week and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
