Job summary

Compass Associates are seeking an experienced Home Manager for a well-supported elderly care service in the Launceston area. You will take full ownership of quality, compliance, occupancy and workforce performance, backed by a central support team and a strong leadership culture.

The role requires governance oversight, CQC readiness, and a proven track record of stabilising services and delivering good outcomes.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with NMC PIN preferred; experienced non-nurse Home Managers with strong nursing home background will be considered.
Proven Home Manager experience within a nursing setting.
Strong grasp of CQC compliance, clinical governance and inspection readiness.
Commercially confident across occupancy and workforce planning.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Embed a positive culture and lead the home confidently into its next chapter.
