Job summary

Compass Associates is seeking an ambitious Home Manager to lead a well-established, 39-bed care home in West London. You will have autonomy to drive occupancy, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality, resident-centred care while building a motivated team.

The role requires a nurse-qualified leader with a track record of achieving Good/ Outstanding CQC ratings and a hands-on, commercially aware approach. Competitive salary with bonus and progression opportunities within a growing group.

Qualifications

• Proven Registered Manager experience in adult social care.
• Nurse-qualified (RGN preferred; RMN considered).
• Strong clinical and operational oversight to drive quality and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Operationally lead a circa 39-bed character home across nursing, dementia, residential and respite services.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing staff team with a focus on retention and minimal agency use.
• Build on the home's recent Good CQC rating and lead the service towards Outstanding with strong governance.
