Compass Associates are recruiting a Home Manager for a large 75-bed care home in Bexleyheath, providing nursing, residential and dementia care. The Home Manager will assume responsibility for quality, operational performance, culture and commercial success, working with the management team and national provider support.

The role requires strong leadership, CQC knowledge, and a track record of improving service performance while developing teams and maintaining occupancy.

• Lead the home across all areas of operation with strong governance and quality assurance.
• Develop and motivate the management team and workforce to drive high standards of care.
• Manage occupancy, budgets and commercial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.
