Job summary

Compass Associates are supporting a progressive elderly care provider in Falkirk to appoint a Care Home Manager for a well-established service. This is a key leadership role with ownership of day-to-day performance and the ability to build a capable, engaged team focused on high-quality care and continuous improvement.

You will lead care delivery, culture and operational standards, ensuring personalised support and safeguarding, while developing staff and partnerships to sustain long-term

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within elderly care or a comparable care environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to dignity, choice and person-centred care.
• Experience driving quality improvement and service development.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the home's overall care standards and day-to-day leadership.
• Ensure residents' individual needs are understood and reflected in care.
• Build an effective multidisciplinary team through coaching and development.
• Provide clinical oversight to support safe practice and safeguarding.
• Lead service development and embed improvements into daily practice.
• Foster open channels of communication with staff, residents and families.
• Utilise feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
