Job summary

Compass Associates are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Manager to oversee a portfolio of care homes across Kent. This home-based role will provide clinical leadership, support and quality assurance, driving improvements across multiple sites with regular travel to homes.

You will work closely with Home Managers and senior teams to maintain high standards of care and ensure compliance. The role requires experience in elderly nursing, strong governance knowledge, and the ability to

Qualifications

Active NMC Pin as an RGN.
Significant experience in elderly nursing.
Experience across multiple care homes or services preferred.
Strong understanding of CQC and quality assurance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Visiting care homes to provide clinical support and guidance.
Reviewing audits, incidents, safeguarding and quality data.
Supporting Home Managers and Clinical Leads with complex governance.
Providing guidance on care planning, medication, safeguarding, and infection control.
Helping with CQC inspections and improvement plans.
Identifying recurring issues and implementing sustainable improvements.
Coaching clinical leaders to raise standards and accountability.
Travel across services to support teams.
