Jacobs is seeking a Senior Highways Engineer to lead design delivery, champion technical excellence, and ensure safety across transportation projects in the UK. You will own key design deliverables and identify automation opportunities while coordinating with stakeholders.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with discipline leads, and contribute to major programmes for clients including National Highways and local authorities. The role supports a flexible hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Design experience in transportation and the built environment.
• Attained a relevant professional qualification (degree) with CEng/IEng or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently within a global multi-disciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and support less experienced team members to build capability.
