Jacobs is seeking a Senior Highways Engineer in the UK to deliver safe, practical and commercially sound design solutions across major transport programmes. You will own key design deliverables, liaise with stakeholders and mentor junior engineers, contributing to a culture of excellence and safety.

Based in the UK with hybrid working, you will apply knowledge of DMRB/MCHW standards, govern design quality and drive improvements within a global multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Degree in engineering with professional registration (CEng/IEng) or equivalent.
• Design experience in transportation projects and built environment.
• Knowledge of UK design standards such as DMRB and MCHW or international equivalents.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver highways design solutions and technical excellence across projects.
• Own design deliverables and ensure scope, programme and budget integrity.
• Mentor less experienced team members and foster continuous improvement.
