Job summary

Kirklees Council is seeking a Principal to manage Senior Engineers within an allocated service area. You will develop staff potential, plan workloads, set objectives and deliver high-quality, cost-effective services aligned with corporate priorities.

Qualifications

• Educated to Degree level (or comparable experience).
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of Senior Engineers.

• Monitor performance and drive value for money across the area.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve services.
