Job summary

• Ability to present findings to senior managers.
• Proactive in coordinating with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver within budget an efficient and responsive service to meet customer and political priorities.
• Work with internal and external partners including staff, councillors and external organisations.
• Develop and promote a positive image of the Service when dealing with customers and partners.
• Support the management and development of the Service to meet corporate priorities.
• Improve services through business/process redesign and effective project management.
• Attend meetings and work on site as necessary.
