Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) is recruiting a Senior Performance Analyst to join the Business Intelligence Service. The role focuses on performance analysis, data analytics and systemwide reporting to support contract management and operational decision making.

You will lead a small team, translate data into actionable insights, and develop dashboards for a Care Delivery Pathway while maintaining data quality and responding to requests across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in performance analysis, business intelligence or data analytics.
• Advanced skills in SQL and Excel.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and engage stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Line manage and train team members in processes, information systems and sharing subject matter expertise.
• Develop dashboards and provide insightful analysis to support operational decision‑making.
• Produce reports and analyses in response to business needs and FOI requests.
• Ensure reporting mechanisms for new contracts/services and national indicators are implemented.
• Interpret complex data from large datasets and present findings to medium size groups.
