Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a BI and Performance Manager to lead the Performance & Informatics team. You will drive data analysis, BI development and reporting across Elective, Cancer and Urgent & Emergency Care, shaping service planning and transformation.

You will line manage analysts, develop reporting capabilities, and ensure compliance with NHS national data requirements. On-site presence is required to build relationships and optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BI/analytics teams.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for service planning.

Responsibilities

• Line manage a team of analysts and lead BI development across Elective, Cancer and Urgent & Emergency Care.
• Ensure high quality data and reporting to support national NHS requirements and statutory returns.
• Develop information reporting systems using MS Excel, SQL Server, Power BI / MS Fabric.
• Provide governance, objectives setting, and performance development for staff.
