Job summary

Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust seeks an Information and Performance Analyst to join the Business Analysis and Reporting team. You will analyse data, develop performance reports, and support BI system development to aid decision-making and planning.

You will coordinate improvement projects, advise services on standards, and present findings to senior management while ensuring data accuracy and timely information across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Analyse customer and service data requirements from multiple sources.
• Extract and join data across Trust systems using complex queries.
• Produce and maintain regular performance reports for management.
• Develop dashboards and BI outputs aligned to national and local policies.
• Interpret data and present findings clearly to staff and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver specialist performance reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate performance improvement projects against national standards.
