RotaMaster, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end Rotamaster deployments. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to tailor implementation for HR, rostering, and payroll processes, ensuring adoption and an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires managing multi-project deployments, healthcare software expertise, and strong stakeholder communication. Hybrid work options are available within the UK.

Formación

• Experience managing multiple projects in complex software deployments.
• Proven track record implementing software in healthcare.
• Experience delivering HR and workforce solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong planning.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Manage implementation projects from initiation to go-live with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, identify risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide weekly project status reports to Head of Project Management and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with customers during the implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and progress updates.
• Deliver consultancy, onboarding, and training for the software.
• Identify unmet customer needs and upsell opportunities for sales.
