Job summary

RotaMaster, a healthcare workforce management platform, is seeking an Implementation Manager in the UK to lead end-to-end deployments of Rotamaster. You will work with customers and internal teams to map HR, rostering, and payroll processes, and to deliver expert consultancy, training, and successful adoption.

You’ll manage multiple implementation projects from initiation to go-live, coordinate cross-functional activities, run UAT, and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience implementing HR and workforce software in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent planning and prioritisation with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned implementation projects from initiation through go-live, ensuring timelines, milestones, and scope are effectively delivered.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and oversee project plan documents, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
• Ensure the successful completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide weekly project status reports to leadership.
