MAXIMUS is seeking a Rota Specialist to efficiently plan and schedule Healthcare Professional resources across the Business Service Centre and local Assessment Centres in the United Kingdom. You will oversee 12‑week, 4‑week and weekly planning cycles, optimise estate usage, and ensure timely delivery of targets while maintaining accurate records.

Strong Excel/Outlook skills and analytical thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent Excel and MS Outlook skills required.
• Keen organisational skills, especially in relation to electronic record keeping.
• Ability to deliver work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to persuade and negotiate to meet business goals.

Responsabilités

• Plan and produce robust resource schedules for Healthcare Professionals within the Business Service Centre and local Assessment Centres to meet contractual service levels.
• Maximise utilisation of estate to meet demand and achieve targets.
• Deliver short and long-term plans with forecasting in collaboration with management.
• Maintain Healthcare Professional electronic diary system to minimise impact on service and forecast.
• Analyse planned resource versus forecast to identify areas for improvement and future skill gaps.
• Handle requests by telephone, email or face-to-face from Healthcare Professionals, Management and National teams.
