Job summary

M3 EU is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end software deployments for healthcare clients, advising on HR, rostering, and payroll processes and guiding configuration, training, and adoption.

You will work with cross-functional teams to manage projects, perform UAT, and provide progress updates, while identifying opportunities for service expansion and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned implementation projects from initiation through go-live, ensuring timelines, milestones, and scope are delivered.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and oversee project plan documents, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Ensure the successful completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide weekly project status reports to the Head of Project Management and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact and build strong, ongoing relationships with customers throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear progress updates.
• Deliver professional consultancy, onboarding, and training while navigating complex software.
• Identify unmet customer needs and potential upsell opportunities to share with the sales team.
