Job summary

RotaMaster, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end Rotamaster deployments. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to tailor implementation for HR, rostering, and payroll processes, ensuring adoption and an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires managing multi-project deployments, healthcare software expertise, and strong stakeholder communication. Hybrid work options are available within the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects from initiation to go-live with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project plans, identify risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide weekly project status reports to Head of Project Management and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with customers during the implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and progress updates.
• Deliver consultancy, onboarding, and training for the software.
• Identify unmet customer needs and upsell opportunities for sales.

RotaMaster,is a subsidiary of M3 Inc.,which has been providing online workforce management tools to health & care organisations since 1999. We’re always growing our product offering and moving into new markets and have two core products on the market – RotaMaster and Rotify.

RotaMaster is a well-known system in Out of Hours and other Primary Healthcare markets and is typically used by larger enterprise customers. In the past 5 years, the number of customers using RotaMaster has more than doubled, and we want to keep that trend going.

Rotify is our newest platform, designed to be used in smaller healthcare environments and SMEs and has a real focus on ease of use and simplicity. Customers will sign up online for a free trial and have a variety of flexible subscription options. Our job is to make sure that they choose the right one for them.

Job Description

Role Overview

The Implementation Manager is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Rotamaster. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will develop a thorough understanding of their operational, HR, rostering, and payroll processes to provide expert consultancy, training, and implementation guidance that supports successful adoption and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Lifecycle Management
  • Manage assigned implementation projects simultaneously from initiation through to go-live, ensuring timelines, milestones, and scope are effectively delivered.
  • Coordinate project activities across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Create, maintain, and oversee project plan documents, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Ensure the successful completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide weekly project status reports to the Head of Project Management and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact and build strong, ongoing relationships with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to manage customer expectations and provide clear communication and progress updates.
• Deliver professional consultancy, onboarding, and training while confidently navigating complex software.
• Identify unmet customer needs and potential upsell opportunities to share with the sales team.
