Housing Solutions is seeking an experienced senior housing leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across housing management, community services and resident engagement. You will oversee housing management, safeguarding, and resident involvement while driving performance, value for money and an inclusive culture.

The role requires leading multiple teams, transforming services and delivering change with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Senior housing leadership experience with track record of leading managers and large teams.
• Strong strategic thinking paired with visible operational leadership and change delivery.
• Experience in tenancy management, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and social housing regulation.

Responsibilities
