Anchor is seeking an experienced Regional Head of Housing Services to lead a large regional operation, drive service excellence and shape resident-focused services across a diverse portfolio. You will report to the Regional Director and provide strategic and operational leadership across your region.

This home-based role requires regular travel across the North region (Lancashire, Yorkshire and North East).

Formación

• Significant leadership experience within social housing or related housing services.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and performance targets.
• Strong understanding of resident services and regulatory compliance.
