Housing Solutions is seeking an experienced housing leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across our housing management services in Maidenhead and the South East. You will ensure residents receive excellent, responsive services that support safe homes and sustainable tenancies.

You will lead Housing Services, Community Services and Resident Engagement managers, drive performance and ensure regulatory compliance, while promoting an inclusive, resident-focused culture and value

We are looking for an experienced housing leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across our housing management services. You will ensure residents receive excellent, responsive and resident-focused services that support safe homes, thriving neighbourhoods and sustainable tenancies.

Leading Housing Services, Community Services and Resident Engagement managers, you will oversee housing management, community safety, safeguarding, supported and sheltered housing, and resident engagement. You will drive service improvement, embed a strong performance culture and ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

You will turn organisational objectives into clear priorities, improve resident satisfaction and housing performance, and lead community safety, safeguarding and tenancy enforcement. You will champion resident involvement, use feedback to improve services, deliver value for money and build an inclusive, high-performing culture.

About you

You will be an accomplished senior housing professional with substantial experience of leading managers and large teams. You can combine strategic thinking with visible operational leadership and have a strong record of improving services, managing complex cases and delivering change.

You will have significant senior housing management experience, including leading managers and large, multidisciplinary teams. You will bring a successful track record in service improvement, transformation, budget management and performance management, together with knowledge of tenancy management, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding and social housing regulation. Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management, analytical and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to lead through change and create an inclusive, resident-focused culture.

This role falls within the scope of the Regulator of Social Housing's Competence and Conduct Standard and requires a relevant Level 5 qualification, or a willingness to achieve this within the required timeframe. We will provide sponsorship and support to help you succeed.

The successful applicant will require an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate which is considered satisfactory to Housing Solutions.
