Qualifications

• Experience leading complex organisational change and cross-organisational projects.
• Significant experience developing and implementing operational housing strategies and policies.
• Experience managing regulatory, operational and reputational risk within housing services.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience partnering with statutory agencies.
• Commitment to performance management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction and performance of Housing Services.
• Oversee housing strategy, performance, risk, budgets and key partnerships.
• Lead major change and improvement programmes across B3Living.
• Champion tenant engagement and safeguarding across the organisation.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver services and achieve organisational objectives.
