Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Senior HaloITSM Consultant/Engineer to join a team delivering HaloITSM implementations across multiple clients. The role is hands‑on, focusing on design, configuration, implementation and adoption of HaloITSM solutions with close collaboration to customers and internal teams.

You will provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to training and successful deployment, demos

Qualifications

• 4 years' hands‑on HaloITSM experience.
• 2 years' experience delivering HaloITSM implementations.
• Experience delivering HaloITSM onboarding, migration and service transition projects.
• Strong experience gathering requirements and defining project scope.
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles and service management best practice.
• Previous experience as a Senior HaloITSM Engineer, Consultant or similar.
• Willingness to train and mentor team members.
• HaloITSM certifications and relevant qualifications are desirable.

Overview
