Rise Technical Recruitment in Reading (Hybrid) is seeking an experienced HaloITSM Consultant to lead client implementations and shape service management solutions. The role offers a salary of £70,000 - £85,000 plus Benefits, Pension, and Holiday.

The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of HaloITSM projects from discovery through deployment and continual improvement, collaborating with clients, project teams and stakeholders to deliver transformational outcomes for enterprise

Are you an experienced HaloITSM professional looking for the opportunity to lead client implementations, shape service management solutions and join a globally recognised ITSM specialist where you can play a key role in delivering transformational outcomes for enterprise customers?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading service management organisation, working on the full lifecycle of HaloITSM projects from discovery and solution design through to configuration, deployment and continual improvement.

In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with clients to understand their service management requirements, configure tailored HaloITSM solutions and provide expert guidance on ITSM best practices. You will collaborate with project teams, technical specialists and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term adoption.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on HaloITSM experience, a solid understanding of ITIL-based service management principles and the ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions. The Role:

HaloITSM and/or ITIL certifications desirable
