You will lead client implementations, shape service management solutions, and deliver end-to-end HaloITSM projects from discovery to deployment and continual improvement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HaloITSM experience and strong ITIL knowledge, enabling effective stakeholder engagement

Are you an experienced HaloITSM professional looking for the opportunity to lead client implementations, shape service management solutions and join a globally recognised ITSM specialist where you can play a key role in delivering transformational outcomes for enterprise customers?

In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with clients to understand their service management requirements, configure tailored HaloITSM solutions and provide expert guidance on ITSM best practices. You will collaborate with project teams, technical specialists and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term adoption.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on HaloITSM experience, a solid understanding of ITIL-based service management principles and the ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
