Job summary

Ecclesiastical Insurance, part of Benefact Group, is seeking a Senior Go-to Market Manager to join our Gloucester office. You will lead the development and delivery of go-to-market strategies and marketing plans across our Direct and Managed Services portfolios, translating commercial priorities and customer insights into effective activity that drives growth and measurable results.

You will provide senior marketing leadership, manage a prioritised roadmap, align activity with the UKGI Marketing

Qualifications

• Significant experience in integrated Marketing, go-to-market, proposition or commercial Marketing roles.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy and customer needs into effective Marketing activity.
• Experience with multi-channel campaign delivery and direct-to-customer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market planning for Direct and Managed Services portfolios.
• Act as senior Marketing partner to business leaders; provide recommendations.
• Own integrated campaigns and briefs with Brand, Digital, Product and Customer Communications teams.
• Define target audiences, journeys and channel strategies using insights and data.
• Establish campaign objectives, KPIs and success measures; optimise activity.
