Ecclesiastical Insurance, part of Benefact Group, is seeking a Senior Go To Market Manager to lead the development and delivery of go-to-market strategies across Direct and Managed Services portfolios from our Gloucester office.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into integrated marketing activity that drives growth, engagement and measurable outcomes. Hybrid working is available with strong focus on delivering results and brand impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in integrated Marketing, go-to-market, proposition or commercial Marketing roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead go-to-market planning for Direct and Managed Services portfolios.
• Act as senior Marketing partner to business leaders.
• Own integrated campaign and go-to-market briefs across multiple teams.
• Define target audiences and customer journeys for campaigns.
• Establish KPIs and use data to optimise activity.
