Job summary

n8n is a leading open workflow orchestration platform. We’re seeking a senior GTM analytics expert to own pipeline analytics, forecast accuracy, and data-driven prioritisation.

You’ll partner with RevOps, product, and sales leadership to convert data into clear recommendations that shape strategy. You’ll build scalable dashboards and models using Salesforce, BigQuery, dbt, and Metabase, translating complex signals into actionable steps for the go-to-market motion and ensuring every decision

Qualifications

• Senior GTM analytics chops: 5+ years in sales, revenue or GTM analytics at B2B SaaS.
• Sales metrics fluency: pipeline coverage, stage conversion, velocity, win rate, ARR/NRR.
• CRM depth: experience with Salesforce or equivalent.
• Forecasting experience: provenForecasting models and defensibility.
• Technical toolkit: SQL; BigQuery/dbt/Metabase in modern warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline analytics and forecasting for GTM teams.
• Build models and dashboards showing pipeline status, coverage and velocity.
• Run win/loss analyses beyond price and timing to actionable insights.
• Define and sharpen PQL/MQL definitions to improve lead routing.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and sales to align metrics.
