Job summary

Fresha is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to drive growth analytics for its consumer marketplace and B2B platform. You will own instrumentation, attribution, and experimentation, partnering with product managers, engineers, and a senior analytics team to enable data-driven decisions across both surfaces.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with clear progression toward Principal Analyst or Analytics Manager.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years' experience collaborating with product teams and implementing analytics strategies, ideally spanning both consumer and B2B products.
• Deep knowledge of event collection and instrumentation, with hands-on experience in Amplitude or a similar product analytics platform.
• Strong SQL and Python skills used daily for analysis, with hands-on experience contributing to dbt models and working in GitHub-based workflows.
• Practical experience with multi-touch attribution models, including incrementality testing or causal inference methods.
• Fluent use of AI agents to support analytical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate broadly across Product, Engineering, and the Growth pod to align on priorities and solutions.
• Own instrumentation and measurement of key user flows across both B2C and B2B platforms.
• Build analytics for segmentation and strategies to grow consumer value and platform performance.
• Drive understanding of product performance, traffic sources, conversions, and user engagement.
• Own tracking implementation, tagging, attribution, and server-side tracking as standards evolve.
• Design and run end-to-end experiments (CRO and beyond) with rigorous read-outs.
