Harnham is seeking an analytics-driven Growth Analyst in Shoreditch, working four days per week with hybrid flexibility. You will partner with Growth, Product and Marketing to uncover opportunities, influence strategy and improve business performance.

You will analyze acquisition, conversion and retention, design experiments, build dashboards and present insights to senior stakeholders to drive commercial decisions in a fast-growing consumer business.

Qualifikationen

• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau or Power BI).
• Experience in Growth Analytics, Product Analytics or Marketing Analytics.
• Background in a digital, consumer, e-commerce or subscription business.
• Strong understanding of experimentation and hypothesis-driven analysis.
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Analyse customer acquisition, conversion and retention performance.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
• Conduct funnel, cohort and customer behaviour analysis.
• Build dashboards and monitor key business metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
