Job summary

Prolific is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to independently drive strategic marketplace analytics and partner with product, operations, and leadership. The role focuses on end-to-end analytics across the participant lifecycle and marketplace health, with visibility to executive-level decision-making.

You’ll work with SQL, Python, experimentation, and BI tools to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and sustain a high-quality participant marketplace.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency with data modelling experience.
• Experience designing scalable analytics reporting and data marts.
• Strong grasp of AB testing, experimentation analysis, and data storytelling.
• Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics across the participant lifecycle and marketplace dynamics.
• Define metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks for growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Growth, and Finance to drive decisions.
