Job summary

Fresha seeks a Senior Growth Analyst to own cross‑surface marketing analytics for both B2B and B2C. Based in London, you will drive paid and organic channel performance, CRM lifecycle programs, and experimentation, partnering with Performance Marketing, Brand, and Product Growth teams.

You’ll shape questions, design rigorous tests, and translate data into actionable plans, with opportunities to progress toward Principal Analyst or Analytics Manager as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in a senior analyst role spanning marketing, CRM, or lifecycle analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills used daily for analysis, with hands-on experience contributing to dbt models and working in GitHub-based workflows.
• Experience with SEO and performance marketing (paid search, paid social) and campaign performance analysis.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and designing or evaluating lifecycle/triggered messaging.
• Practical experience with attribution, incrementality testing, and Media Mix Modelling (MMM).
• Fluent use of AI agents (e.g. Claude Code) to support analytical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing performance analytics across paid search, paid social, SEO and organic channels for both B2B and B2C.
• Own CRM and lifecycle strategy — messaging, win-back, and experiments that improve customer and partner stickiness.
• Design and run marketing experiments with rigorous read-outs.
• Apply attribution modelling, incrementality testing, and MMM to guide channel and budget decisions.
• Deliver a regular trade and performance reporting cadence that turns data into insights for stakeholders.
• Own budget and target tracking as marketing investment scales.
