ElevenLabs seeks a Data Scientist to lead product analytics across its three platforms. This remote-first role prioritises activation, retention and engagement metrics, and requires collaboration with Product and Growth to turn questions into trusted analysis.

You’ll work with dbt and experimentation to define KPI layers and own the analysis behind how users discover and adopt ElevenLabs products, influencing growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a data scientist embedded with a product or Growth team.
• Strong SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in experimentation (A/B testing) and product analytics.
• Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into clear, reusable analysis and defensible metrics.
• Comfort working directly with Product and Growth stakeholders, and pushing back on ill-defined asks.

Responsabilités

• Define and own product health metrics: activation, feature adoption, retention and engagement across three platforms.
• Design, analyse and communicate the results of product experiments (A/B tests, feature launches, onboarding changes).
• Partner with Analytics Engineering on the certified product KPI layer in dbt, and with Product on turning ambiguous questions into trusted analysis.
• Work alongside Growth data scientists on marketing- and revenue-adjacent questions that touch the product funnel.
