The role combines analytics with strategic influence, coaching junior analysts and translating complex findings into clear guidance for senior stakeholders. This remote, high-impact position offers up to £75,000 plus benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Strong SQL skills, with Python or R.
• Experience in marketing, growth or commercial analytics.
• Experience communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or mentoring analysts.
• Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

• Identify, analyse and size opportunities to unlock business growth.
• Lead cross-functional analytical projects across Marketing and Product.
• Support development of a marketing spend rulebook and optimise investment across channels.
• Explore opportunities to drive customer advocacy, referrals and organic growth.
• Develop and assess A/B testing and experimentation programmes.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Coach and support other analysts to build capability across the team.
