Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Lead Growth Analyst for a newly expanded analytics function. You will partner with marketing, product and commercial stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities and shape how they are measured and delivered.

Key responsibilities include designing and evaluating A/B tests, forecasting performance, and developing optimisation strategies across acquisition, engagement and retention. The role emphasizes coaching analysts and driving growth through data.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in marketing, growth or product analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience using Python or R for analysis and modelling.
• Data visualisation experience (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
• Track record of delivering analytical projects with measurable business impact.
• Experience working with marketing and product stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
