Job summary

Harvey John is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to own the end-to-end payroll for a multi-entity group. This is a 12-month fixed-term role with potential for extension for the right candidate.

Your key duties will centre on running end-to-end payroll, administering year-end activities, managing benefits, and continually improving payroll processes in a growing organisation. You will also lead a Payroll Administrator.

Qualifications

• Substantial end-to-end Payroll Management experience (not data inputting).
• Experience with high-volume and complex payroll across varying frequencies.
• Analytical mindset and ability to improve systems and processes.
• Experience acting as 'number 1' in Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Running end to end Payroll in a multi entity group setting.
• Administration of year-end Payroll activities.
• Administration of benefits.
• Reviewing existing Payroll processes and continually improving within a growing organisation.
