AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor and operates in a fast-growth environment. The Senior Media Buyer will own Google Ads end-to-end, driving scalable spend in the UK core market with EU expansion plans, while adhering to strict compliance rules.

This is a fully remote, full-time role reporting to the Head of Performance and collaborating with CRO and growth teams. You will craft and scale CAC-controlled campaigns, optimize accounts, and lead a growing Google pod across

Qualifications

• Proven Google scale (hands-on): managed £1M+/month spend in Google Ads.
• 5+ years of Google-specific depth across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Demand Gen.
• Scaled DTC brands with CAC kept in target bands.
• Structured forecasting, weekly reporting cadence, and explicit decision rules.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads day-to-day; UK core market first, EU on the cards this year.
• Push spend up while keeping tCPA/CAC in target bands; optimize bidding & quality score.
• Maintain compliance with ASA/CAP/GPhC rules; ensure clean account structures.
• Lead multi-geo campaigns across countries; localised ad copy and feeds.
• Write high-converting ad copy within strict compliance; own product feed and landing page handoff.
• Hire, mentor, and grow the Google pod as the team expands.
