Qualifications

Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns across SME clients.
Experience setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking with GTM/GA4.
Budget management and optimisation against KPIs.
Strong analytical skills and ability to report insights to clients.
Confident in communicating campaign performance to clients.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Search.
Audit PPC accounts and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Monitor CPA, conversions and ROAS against client objectives.
Set up conversion tracking using GTM and GA4; troubleshoot issues.
Produce clear performance reporting and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with SEO, content and web development teams.
