Job summary

AIOS is seeking a Senior Media Buyer (Paid Search) to scale Google as a growth engine alongside Meta. You will own Google Ads end-to-end, drive UK spend and expand into EU markets, while maintaining strict ASA and CAP compliance. This is a fully remote, high-ownership role with leadership responsibilities as the Google pod grows.

The role demands hands-on craft in Google Ads, strategic thinking, and a track record of pushing CAC-friendly spend while delivering predictable performance.

Qualifications

• Proven Google scale with hands-on management of large spend.
• 5+ years of Google Ads depth across Search, Shopping, YouTube and Gen.
• Experience scaling DTC brands with CAC control.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads end-to-end and push scale across UK and EU markets.
• Maintain compliance with ASA/CAP/GPhC rules in all copy and assets.
• Lead the Google pod and mentor junior buyers.
