Job summary

ICAAL in Southampton is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns focused on lead generation. You will work with AI-powered workflows to monitor activity, identify opportunities and improve performance, partnering with Account Managers to align client outcomes.

You’ll lead Google Ads and paid social initiatives, developing expertise in Meta and Microsoft Ads as the role grows, while maintaining a strong commercial mindset and data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of cost per lead, conversion rate and ROAS
• Comfort with AI tools in live campaigns

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Google Ads campaigns creation and optimisation.
• Manage budgets with focus on CPL and lead quality.
• Analyse performance and provide actionable insights for clients.
• Review AI-generated recommendations and apply human judgement.
• Write and test ad copy and landing pages for conversions.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and clients on weekly updates.
