Job summary

AIOS is seeking a Senior Media Buyer (Paid Search) to scale Google as a core growth engine while maintaining strict ASA and CAP compliance across EU markets. You will start hands-on with UK campaigns and progressively lead multi-country efforts, optimizing spend, CAC, and ROAS.

This is a fully remote, async role reporting to the Head of Performance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years managing £1M+/month Google Ads, deep knowledge of DTC digital marketing, and a track record of cross-geo

Qualifications

• Proven Google scale with hands-on management of high-spend accounts.
• Deep knowledge of Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube and Demand Gen.
• Experience across multiple geographies (UK and EU).

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads across UK with EU expansion.
• Scale spend while keeping CAC in target bands and maximize ROAS.
• Maintain strict ASA/CAP/GPhC compliance in all ad copy.
